KILL-BASED APPROACH OF HIRING BY QSS

Skill- based hiring is now considered to be the future of hiring. Today we talk about what skills someone needs to be successful in a certain job position rather than just pedigree-based hiring. Fully understanding the trend QSS has adopted the skilled-based way to assess the candidates to help its business partners facilitate smooth transition to skill-based hiring from traditional hiring.

To start with, we talk to the management about the specific skills they are looking for, for each executive search and then incorporate those skills and competencies in our job posting. Next we compare and review each qualification included on the list provided by the company. Candidates who meet the requirements laid on the list qualify for the second round.

During the interviews process (online/face to face), we look beyond education and experience,and evaluate a candidate’s hard skills as well

as soft skills like time management, effective communication, leadership qualities, problem-solving, etc as per the need. This has consistently helped us in getting a better understanding of a candidate’s ability to perform and meet the company’s expectations. Our skill-based way of hiring has successfully helped our partners get a far larger talent pool and job seekers get greater opportunities to work in good companies without prejudice.
