Fully understanding the trend QSS has adopted the skilled-based way to assess the candidates to help its business partners facilitate smooth transition to skill-based hiring from traditional hiring.
To start with, we talk to the management about the specific skills they are looking for, for each executive search and then incorporate those skills and competencies in our job posting. Next we compare and review each qualification included on the list provided by the company. Candidates who meet the requirements laid on the list qualify for the second round.
During the interviews process (online/face to face), we look beyond education and experience,and evaluate a candidate’s hard skills as well
