History and Milestones
2008
Quality Staffing Solutions(QSS) was registered as a proprietary firm in 2008 with its registered office at Jaipur with prime focus being ‘Executive Search’ and regional bias towards South Asia & Japan.
2011
Additional vertical to extend Business & HR consultancy services to existing clients started with a view to provide a holistic bouquet of services.
2013
QSS made its maiden foray into the RPO services with first clients being a major Japanese firm in India. It has been a successful vertical of QSS Global since then.
2016
Contract staffing vertical introduced with a view to provide bulk manpower to new startups and manufacturing expansions. QSS Global currently boasts of a thriving contract staffing vertical with some very prominent industrial houses in India.
2017
To reinforce the CSR initiatives as well as being a subject very close to the heart of the founders of QSS Global, a dedicated hiring vertical ‘Felicity’ was introduced to encourage and facilitate the diversity hiring. Besides, FY 2017 also saw the establishment of dedicated automotive
and Engineering search vertical to cater for the niche and exclusively technical roles in expanding automotive and manufacturing industry.
2019
A separate wing for ‘Mergers & Acquisitions’ operationally headed by the MD himself and supported by some best brains in the industry incorporated as part of the QSS Global’s expansions plans.
2023
A new vertical ‘Shipping, Defence & Aerospace’ headed by an armed forces veteran was set up to cater for the specific and diverse hiring and consultancy requirements of aerospace, defence & Shipping companies, both established and startups.
