Karan Fanin

A battle-hardened Indian Army Colonel with a unique experience of imparting training at premier Indian Military Academy (cradle of leadership) and leading strategic organisational HR transformation, raising new vertical, DE&I management, Talent management, and induction at Integrated Defence Headquarters. He was awarded by the President of India gave with Vishisht Seva Medal for exceptional efforts in the restructuring of the Indian Army officer cadre and DE&I initiatives. He has also led HR policy functions in multi-country people organisations operating under the UN umbrella.

Sarla Singh

(Co- Founder & CMO)

Mrs. Sarla Singh (Founder and CMO) a finance postgraduate started QSS Global from home, functioning remotely until 2018 due to frequent moves being a military spouse. She is a people manager with exceptional financial and networking abilities. As an HR partner, she has been a part of the growth story of several Japanese and French enterprises in India right from inception. Under her wing qsSGlobal has been operating in SouthEast Asia, MEA, and APAC region for HR consulting and Staffing services.

Under her leadership, QSS Global has grown organically as a bootstrapped firm entirely based on referrals from existing clients. Currently, she is heading the marketing function at QSSGlobal apart from her role as a strategic advisor.
